We are putting together a comprehensive guide for all state fee rules that branches would want to know about. It'll likely include
-permissible fees
-fee limits
-recording fees
-transfer taxes
-differing standards for 'discount points' if applicable
-High Cost limitations
Any resources that folks can recommend would be very appreciated! So far I've found good resources from Docutech, IDS and PPDocs to cross-reference against primary resources from the states as needed.
