I'm in Mayfield, KY. One of my lenders has given me a heads up that they have a deal secured by property in Anna, IL coming up next week.
I will, of course, do due diligence, but is there anyone here who operates in Southern, IL? If so - do you know anyone who covers this area who is a good appraiser with regard to meeting turnaround times, not charging outrageous fees, and providing decent reports?
If so - please message me, I'll share my email and I'll owe you a favor if you ever need something in West KY.
