Is there any requirement to monitor an account opened with a small estate affidavit? What is required if the balance goes over 100,000.00.

As with all accounts of this sort, I don't think the bank has any culpability. Unless you feel the activity rises to the level of a SAR, you have no responsibility for account monitoring.
