IL Rules for Permanent Closure of a Branch

Good morning,

I know that the FDIC has rules for notification on the closure of a branch as do states like NY. I'm looking to see where IL has published guidance on their rules for branch closure. I've only been able to find guidelines on notification on establishment of a branch, not the closure of one. Would anyone be able to point me in the right direction on where IL has published guidance?
