I am looking for a local (Chicago area) consulting firm to assist with an update of my technology policies and procedures. I do have outside audits on an annual basis along with the regulators, but much like loan review, I think it is necessary to have someone kick the tires on my IT infra-structure. I am looking at the Falkor Group and want to know if anyone has used or heard of them.
Any other referrals would be appreciated. I am looking to spend under $10,000 which shouldn't be too tough as I am service bureau with FiServ Brookfield and utilize their MIS and internet banking products.
