IT Audit

I am having an IT audit. The auditor is asking for an Image Policy--I can not find an example of one anywhere.
Has anyone been asked for one before? Does anyone have a sample policy they would be willing to share with me. Or know of a place to find a sample policy.

The FDIC Information Technology Examination Officer's Questionnaire does ask about policies/procedures/guidelines specifically for Imaging (see Part 2 d 2).
