HR Portal

Does anyone have their HR Department utilize a portal for receiving resumes and applications from unknown sources - to prevent said incoming emails from being blocked by firewall/spamfilter due to suspicious attachments AND to prevent the real possibility of HR opening a bad doc....Please PM me if you have any suggestions where to look..
