Esign & SDX - 03/10/16 06:03 PM
Anyone out there use Wolters Kluwer electronic document exchange product SDX?
It appears to work just like a secure email system, but I'm wondering how this meets the esign requirements? How do we know that the customer can open the documents?
Here is the information I have: SDX facilitates the transfer of information between senders and recipients—
easily, securely and electronically. To send a message and any accompanying documents, the user logs on to the SDX system. SDX encrypts and tamper-seals the material being sent, and an audit trail is generated. It’s then housed in the secure SDX Central System and an email alert is issued, letting the recipient know that the message and documents are waiting to
be picked up. The recipient then logs on to the SDX system to receive the material—and if he or she responds to the message, it follows the same steps back to the sender. Throughout this process, only the sender and intended recipient(s) are able to open the message and accompanying files.
