FFIEC Guidance for Online Banking

Our Bank received notice from our Online Banking support informing us that they will be posting sample information each quarter that can be used as Targeted Notifications to send to our Online Banking Users in assisting in meeting the education requirements of the FFIEC guidance. Is this something we are required to do or is it recommended guidance.

The one received today is based on creating an Online Banking Passcode.
