Reg E Notice

When a customer signs up for online banking, is it permissible to have the ESIGN disclosure, Online Banking Agreement and Reg E all one document and agreed to at once? We are limited with our system and are trying to determine our best course of action. How are other institutions providing this information? We currently do not provide the Reg E notice when a customer signs up for the service as it is given at account opening.
