Online Account Opening Marketed as "Online Branch"

Our marketing department wants to use the term "Online Branch" to encompass our online deposit account opening and online loan application products. We do not have a separate "Online Branch" and any deposit or loan account opened will be assigned to the branch that serves the zipcode in which the applicant lives. Is there an issue with calling this an "Online Branch" for marketing purposes?

I don't believe so, so long as the bank's true name is clear and the customer knows where their money is. Certainly I'd sell "and we have these locations to serve you in person..."
