Electronic Funds Transfer Act Date Chart 2020

Good morning!

My predecessor provided the Operations area with a chart from Financial Solutions every year that showed the dates of disputes with the corresponding dates for provision credit, chargeback rights, etc. This was obtained through Financial Solutions. I have searched but cannot find the chart for 2020. Is anyone familiar with this and can you provide any guidance?

I'm keeping an eye on the website where it was retained before. I noticed that last year it was downloaded at the end of January - so I still have hopes it will be updated for 2020.
