Does anyone have a source or information regarding where to obtain Online Banking/Cash Management Agreements that would address wires, ACH, positive pay, etc. I looked in Bankersonline store and did not see anything. I called Wolters Kluwer and they do not have one at this time. Wolters Kluwer does have separate RDC and Positive Pay agreements that we already use.

Have you tried a simple google search for Online Banking/Cash Management Agreements - there are a ton of them on-line from various banks.

Yes, I did see that several banks post their complete agreement online and as a last resort I can use as a guide to develop one. Preferably, I would like to have an agreement that the vendor keeps up to date regarding regulatory, legal, compliance, etc.
