NACHA rules say that how the customer can revoke the authorization must be included in the authorization but when it is being sent same day there would not be a way to revoke this authorization. What should be included in the notice in these instances?

There still must be a means to revoke the authorization, even if it is a very limited window (as you mention in the case of a Same Day Entry). If the Entry is recurring, it should be disclosed how to revoke the authorization within a certain timeframe to prevent the next (and following) Entry. The notice should provide the acceptable means and timeframes for an effective revocation.
