Are Fedral PACs required to file with the State of MI as a business entity or perhaps the county? We have a newly formed Federal PAC account and would like to know what other FI's require for account opening.

I'm not in Michigan, but here's alink to the a document from the Michigan Bureau of Elections.
http://www.michigan.gov/documents/CFR_Independent_PAC_Committee_Manual_21854_7.pdf Page 2 states that groups participating in elections are required to form and file committees, and to register by filing a Statement of Organization.
