Lending Criteria Pamphlet or Brochure

The Mortgage Lending Practices Act says that each credit granting institution shall make available for public distribution at the institution's principal office and each branch office or service center a pamphlet or document explaining in general terms the credit granting institution's criteria for the approval or denial of a loan application.

My question is: Does the Lending Criteria pamphlet or brochure need to be displayed/available at LPO's that are not open to the public? What about LPOs where MLO's may work out of and possibly meet with clients occasionally?

I don't see the need to display the brochure in an LPO that is not open to the public, but if it's an LPO where an MLO may meet with clients occasionally, then I would make the brochure available.
