Hello. Does anyone have HR Internal Audit Procedures that they would not mind sharing? I have been the internal auditor for almost three years and have never completed an HR Audit.

I would be interested in receiving some procedures as well. We are outsourcing the 401(k) portion, but will do some oversight of the other HR functions internally.

See about purchasing the book "Auditing Human Resources" from the IIA - seems like a pretty good resource. Good luck!
