Service Award Name - 07/14/11 01:45 PM
We are creating an employee service award to be awarded to the the non-management employee that best represents the Bank's core values. It will be awarded at the Annual Christmas party, by a board member and a cash award given.
I'm looking for ideas on what to name it. Any ideas? Thanks.

Distinguished Employee
Employee of the Year
Combine the two
Those are somewhat common. Might be nice if you can somehow play off the name of the bank.
In addition to the Bank's name, do you have a title to the Bank's core values?

In addition to core value, I would look for link to bank's name, logo, location or other pertinent identifying information. Another possibility is a link to the CEO, principal bank owner or a founding member.
All I can think of is the Dunder Mifflin "Dundies" from The Office.

Previous bank used to have a STARS (Service, Teamwork, Atitude, Respect and Sales) award - we had STARS of the Quarter and a STAR of the year.
