Annual background checks- any states require?

I'm wondering if anyone knows of any states that require annual background checks of all employees of financial institutions?

Me either. I'd be surprised if there was a state that required them to be annually.

Thank you- it's hard to prove the absence of a negative but I think I'm reaching the same conclusion here..

Never seen this requirement in any state I'm familiar with (most western states).
