Can the Connecticut Single Family Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac Uniform Form 3007, Open-End Mortgage Deed, be used for both closed-end and open-end mortgage loans? It is titled Open-End Mortgage Deed, and includes the following section: "Future Advances. Lender is specifically permitted, at its option and in its discretion, to make additional loans and future advances under this Security Instrument as contemplated by Section 49-2(c) of the Connecticut General Statutes, and shall have all rights, powers and protections allowed thereunder."

Does the form need to be modified for Closed-End Mortgage Loans?

Thank you
