Private Education Loans - MLA?

Cannot find where private education loans under Subpart F are exempted from the MLA requirements. Since the reg is silent, can anyone confirm that they are included in the MLA requirements?

Yes, they would be considered a Covered Loan. If it is not expressly covered as an exception, then it is included.
