SCRA and Investment Property

I would just like to confirm that the one year extension of the rate reduction after active duty, applies to an investment rental property secured by a mortgage. I don't see anywhere that the protection only applies to principal residence. Thank you.

I also agree as the section of the SCRA addresses mortgages and trust deeds and is not specific to a home or the SMs residence.
