HUD/SCRA for all Loans - 06/12/17 09:30 PM
The system that we use does not point to collateral code when sending out the past due HUD/SCRA notification. Is it ok to turn on the HUD/SCRA combined notification for all loans to ensure that the loans that are supposed to get the notification do get it or could over-disclosing cause headaches as well.
