Active Duty Military and Govt Shutdown

We have a customer who is considered active duty military - Coast Guard. He says he is not getting paid. He wants to know what kind of protections/remedies he is offered. Says when govt shut down before at other banks he didn't have to make payments and any late payments were waived. Is there something in SCRA or MLA that I am missing?

Not in the SCRA or MLA, but the other banks may have just chosen to "do the right thing".
