Did Foreclosure Extension revert back to 90 days? - 01/07/20 02:01 PM

I had this in my calendar for the end of the year, but haven't seen anything that it did revert back to the 90 days. Does anyone know if it truly happened? Or did I miss a permanent extension?

I believe that provision became permanent as part of the EGRCPA of May 2018.

See section 313 -- permanent change to one year.

We have section 303 of the SCRA (50 U.S.C. 3953) in BankersOnline's Regulations pages (https://www.bankersonline.com/regulations/scra-3953) annotated to indicate, "In sections 3953 (b) and (c), "90 days" was permanently changed to "one year" by section 313 of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act of 2018" since EGRRCPA was enacted.
