Does anyone know what the Overseas Military Sales Organization is or if a US citizen qualifying for SCRA relief would also show up on the active duty list?

Is there a web site that we can visit that advised if a service member is active duty? I seem to remember Andy addressing this in one of the threads.

The FedReg gave this, but it isn't operative yet, I don't believe.
