Advertising FDIC insurance

Our marketing department wants to add a statement on all our deposit advertisements that says, "Deposits are now FDIC insured up to $250,000". Are there any disclosures disclosures we need to add if we do this?? Thanks in advance.

Per FDIC, need to say "through December 31, 2009".
