Gift at account opening

One of our branch managers wants to run a promotion with a local school. She wants to hand out a marketing brochure at the school's PTA meeting. The brochure will state that the first 50 people to bring in the brochure and open an account will get $5 deposited into the account. Are we allowed to limit the promotion to the first 50 customers?

If State law allows such a promotion, I don't see why not.

What would you change in your life for $5.00? Isn't there a more compelling reason to get parents at a specific school to go through the trouble of opening a new bank account???? I can think of a few better ideas.
