Digital Ad Requirements

We are putting a digital ad for mortgage loans on a website that contains a link to our website. The digital ad contains the APY (triggering term), with an asterisk leading to the disclosure. The disclosure is NOT on the digital ad, but technically one click away on our website. Is this compliant with advertising rules? Can anyone cite the section of the regulation where I might find confirmation?

I think you meant APR and APR alone is not a triggering term.
