Business to Business marketing - 04/05/07 07:37 PM

Good afternoon, Would a booklet which includes information about products and services that will be presented to limited management of companies in an attempt to develop a relationship be considered marketing material? The booklet is only distributed to the management during a presentation/overview. The booklet includes a list of the services connected with checking accounts. One service includes "no annual fee on lines" which would trigger full disclosures. If this booklet is intended as a business to business information source, would full disclosures be triggered? Would a disclosure such as "For informational" or "For internal use" be an option? Or is this considered marketing indirectly and require full disclosures. Thank you.
