LOST - 12/17/07 09:05 PM

Only two months until it starts again. At work we have been talking about it all summer. Does anyone know if they filmed all the episodes before the writers strike? Also, what is going to happen this year?

They only got 8 episodes filmed, so it will be a short season, unless the strike ends very soon!

hobbit guy? What, pray tell are you talking about, Huge Pale? LOLoad... you lost me there.

I canNOT wait for Lost to start up again. I do not know if or how the show may have been affected by the strike, but it's a good question I'd like to know the answer as well.

oh I can't remember names Burnt, but you know the guy who played one of the three hobbits and is in Lost, but died towards the end of last season in that underwater station - at least that was the conclusion we had to draw

go straight until you hit the 3rd red light (there is a hospital on the corner) turn left, follow for about 2 miles and you'll run in to the interstate, get on, head east (left) to the next exit, then turn south. follow that for 6 miles until you come to the Causeway bridge, cross it, then stay straight for 2 more miles, turn right onto I-10, take tjhis toward downtown NO, and you're all set...

From what I heard is that if the strike does not end, they will NOT start the season. They lost (no pun intended) too many views last year during the 'hiatus', and the network would prefer to air the entire season with a new episode every week. They will wait until they can air the entire season....

You mean ABC actually got SMART? I was one who was ticked off at having to try and catch every other episode cause it was new. Why can't more shows be like 24? You don't have to worry if you are missing an episode or not, cause they are all new.

Ok, so I just read that was wrong. Oh well. ABC will air the first 8 episodes. Episode 8 will be a 'finale' so to speak, if nothing is worked out with the strike before then. They are still on track for 117 episodes in total.

Re: LOST - 12/17/07 11:16 PM

117 divided by 8 = almost 15 years

I will be dead before this thing is resolved!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think they were planing on each season to be around 20+ episodes Pale. That is five or six seasons worth.
