Man attemps self surgery with butter knife

I have been VERY close, on several occasions, to attempting to perform spinal surgery on myself!

I've had it done twice already, and I'm a computer geek, I'm certain I can figure it out

Ok he was reading through Obamacare and found that a hernia was not covered but self inflicted wounds caused by a butter knife only if cauterized with a cig. was covered.

This could bust the "Home Surgery Kit as bought on Ebay" market wide open! Operators are standing by now!!
