Shock Top is good beer Like thier Wheat and Pumpkin. Hubby likes their Raspberry also.

Good beer = a beer that tastes good not one that you must acquire a taste for.

Good beer (wheat beer) that is brewed with fruit is accentuated when a slice of that fruit is added. I can drink it without. And it's a lot better with the fruit (or without) than any non-wheat beer is...period.

I drink my Blue Moon with the orange when I pay for it at a bar. I drink it in a glass sans fruit at home. I'm just not going to slice anything when I want a beer.

Those icebergs sound good! Might have to pick up some Shock Top and marguerita fixings for the weekend.

Mr AG, I had a Bud Light last night. I go slumming from time to time.

Corona without lime is horrible, disgusting beer. With the lime, it is bearable.

And adding an orange slice is not adding a flavor. Orange is brewed into the beer. The orange slice is merely a complement.

I must add, Mr. HappyGilmore, that making a statement such as "Don't Fruit the Beer" (from the Man Card commercial..not sure which product), implying that doing so means that you are less of a man, is akin to making a statement such as "Soccer is not a real sport".
