Seriously, thanks for all the birthday wishes! Had a great get together with the kids and family over the weekend. Hope to go for a run after work and dinner with my Mom, without whom none of this would be possible!

Running to the bathroom with extreme speed and energy? If I'm going to have to run there, I sure don't want to be sluggish.
What he doesn't know is that we're planning a surprise birthday party at his place tonight...hope he has more than one bathroom available for all the guests to use!
