I don't have one but considered it until I realized it's over five inches long. My pockets aren't big enough for the thing.

I have one and love it. I even have a first gen version and have had no major issues, other than a bit of stupid bloatware. The battery life has something to be desired, but my all-day streaming is part of the issue. I would do the Droid Max, though, since you can't replace the battery later if you need a better battery.
I love that this thing is not too fragile. Gorilla glass, kevlar in the backplate, and nano-coating on the circuitry. Between my clutziness and my drooly 19 month old, we have not killed it yet. I really need to get one of those otterbox thingies, but for now it's survived with a silicone case and general screen protector.
