The workers, paid $41 an hour, want assurances their positions won’t be sent elsewhere when they get sick or retire, according to Craig Merrilees, a spokesman for the union.
Well, the ships with perishables are being sent to Ensenada - I'll bet they don't have clerks making $41 an hour.

After I retire I would like my company to continue to pay me my regular salary with bonus and raises in addition to my retirement package.

Philly is a real union town. Construction unions actively block any independent contractors. The average salary for these unions...........$65/hr.

the average median family income is about $55,000 a year, or less than $30 an hour....everybody can't be above average!

meaning that when you retire, your replacement is hired in the same location that you retired from
