No, they should get a buzz cut instead.

Re: Should men use... - 04/05/13 12:44 PM
I'm all over that buzz cut...a bottle of shampoo lasts me about 9 months

Re: Should men use... - 04/05/13 12:46 PM
Me too. I love being able to "buff and go"

Re: Should men use... - 04/05/13 01:09 PM
One must have hair to need a conditioner.

I use the shampoo and conditioner in one bottle. But yes, you should use conditioner, if you have hair.

"Typically, guys wash their hair once a day or every other day."
I do not find this to be true. Most of my guy friends wash their hair at least once a day.

Re: Should men use... - 04/05/13 01:44 PM
What i do amounts to washing my "head" every day.

Only if you do not want dry brittle hair.

Re: Should men use... - 04/05/13 02:05 PM
It's not unusual to wash mine twice a day, and yes, I use a 2-in-1. It leaves my hair silky and smooth!

I buy my son the 2 in 1. I dont think he'd take the time for conditioner.

Re: Should men use... - 04/05/13 02:19 PM
But the real question is....
Do you rinse and repeat?

Re: Should men use... - 04/05/13 02:58 PM
I use a 2-in-1, I'm too lazy for two steps.

So, are you indicating you're a man by posting this?

Re: Should men use... - 04/05/13 03:02 PM
There's also several brands of 3 in 1, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It's either for the really lazy, or for people with bad eyesight that don't want to get the bottles mixed up.

Conditioner can also be used for "other" things

I use a 2 in 1. My wife bought me hair and body wash combo which I didn't care for. I'll stick with my 2 in 1.

Re: Should men use... - 04/05/13 03:58 PM
I use conditioner occasionally, but I also use coconut oil as my styling product. Mostly, I use conditioner in place of shaving cream. I've found it allows for a cleaner shave.

Oh...I was not aware it was also good for shaving.

Re: Should men use... - 04/05/13 04:03 PM
when you use a 000 clipper setting, there is no need for styling product.
instead of shaving cream i use Shaving King Oil, 3 drops and much closer shave than shaving cream

Shaving King Oil is good stuff. And the only styling product I need is sunscreen.

So now I understand...At some point Peeps used neet instead of shampoo and all his hair slipped off his head and on to his back.

Any other guys who shave (not an electric razor) using no shaving cream, nothing? I have a can of shaving cream, i'm just usually in a hurry...so i just get really hot water on my face and shave away. Of course, i use disposable razors and after 2 shaves, they're done and have to be thrown away.

if I only use hot water, my legs will itch

I have done that, in the shower before with disposable blades. Now I have a nice electric and only do my neck with a blade, so that doesn't happen any more.

It's big, it's hairy and it's venomous.
The newest spider to give arachnophobes the willies, a tarantula named Poecilotheria rajaei has been discovered on the island nation of Sri Lanka.
Just seemed fitting for this thread, other than the venomous part.
