Died yesterday at 94...I was just starting to understand politics when Ronald Reagan was the President, and was always a little worried about her influence on him, especially when she announced she was big into astrology to make key decisions...and the first First Lady I can recall using her influence with her "just say no" campaign against drugs.
I agree very classy lady....RIP Nancy.

Interesting read along the lines of Happy's post.
Even her detractors had to acknowledge that she protected him like a lioness with claws. Who would not want such a mate? The daytime news is full of charming stories about her. Jane Fonda played her in "The Butler," and if that scene reflected reality she was truly amazing.
