It's almost time for your favorite guilty pleasure - BIIIIIIIG BROTHHHHHHER!

This year the theme is "Den of Temptation". Houseguests (HGs or Hamsters) will have a “season of tempting offers that could give them money, power, and safety in the game. But, they will need to be careful, because for every temptation taken, there will be a consequence to face." Fans will be voting to decide who is sent to the “Den of Temptation” where s/he or she will be made a potentially game-changing offer. It's a game of risk vs. reward, as every temptation will unleash a consequence on the house.

I can't wait. I always look forward to watching BB in the summer.

but if you love big brother, I understand they are reuniting the original cast of jersey shore...a bigger trainwreck than big brother could ever be...

Looks like may be gone? Some drama regarding a lie she allegedly told Alex about Jessica making some racial slurs about her (A) and got called out on. Not sure if she is taking a break, left of her own accord, or was asked to leave.

I missed too much of last night since I didn't get to see Cody put up - that puffed up little nincompoop! Going to go see if I can watch it online.

I like what they are doing this season with all the different temptations. It keeps things interesting from week to week.

News on Christmas' surgery:

Four hour surgery.

10 broken bones, 4 dislocated bones. Several damaged tendons had to be reattached.

One donor bone, the doctors told her it looked like a bomb went off in her foot.

They kept her longer in the hospital because they couldn't manage her pain. Foot must be elevated as much as possible, and she will need to ask other HGs for help.

She will not get full mobility back. It will take about a year to recover, and then she'll have to have another surgery to fuse the bones and fix the resulting arthritis. 5 years until MAYBE better.

Probably career ending for her.

Jason feels bad (It wasn't his fault and Christmas doesn't blame him, he just feels bad.)

Anyone else think Cody's return was totally engineered by production? How unfair to have the final battle be one he'd already practiced / won.

I was thinking the same thing - unless they allowed Paul to practice the competition as well.

I usually watch with my son, and he said he thought it was totally staged as soon as we knew Cody was involved. He said it was a "Victor". Ouch. Also, why did he pick that game when it was obvious that he figured out how to aim and score in the other one based on his big "comeback". The ENTIRE house voted for Paul!!! Really!!! The whole thing felt rigged.

"And in a new twist, we will change the rules as we go" to make the show more fun! I have enjoyed this season though so I really can't complain.

We were kind of hoping that Victor would re-appear in the Battle Back. THAT would be fun.

I know. Some interesting choices to be made, potentially.

Personally, I hope that Jessica is not sent home this week. She is the only one I feel is truly playing the game and not kissing Paul's backside.

I agree!

I'd like to see her stay but she shot herself in the foot. She nominated a potential ally and sent him home during her reign and she has pretty much rebuffed any efforts to attempt to make allies by locking herself away with Cody. If she got out and worked the social game she'd have a much better chance of staying but she doesn't seem to be willing to do that. YES a lot of those people are annoying and fake, but that is how BB works. With a little effort, she could probably reel in Christmas, Josh, Mark, and maybe Jason to make a run at Paul or one of his true believers. Unfortunately, she doesn't seem to be interested in doing that.

That being said, Raven would make a tempting target if I were a HG. With her sob stories, she should be seen as a potential sympathy winner. And she's tight with Paul, so taking her out would lessen his power. Of course you'd risk Matt being after you, but he doesn't really seem to be actually playing anyway.

I totally agree. From what I'm reading, Jessica will be voted out tonight because as you stated, instead of working on her social game she is staying locked away with Cody. Personally, I wish they would vote out Raven.

I'm so ready for this season to be over with... I don't care for any of the remaining 3 individuals and it's been pretty boring lately.

I can live with that ending. Just glad it's OVER and hopefully we'll never have to see these people again.

Worst season ever!! It's up there with Season 9! Alex and Jason are sore losers. Paul deserved to win, however, he did play too hard towards the end and should have just owned up to everything instead of playing the victim. Glad Cody won AFH. We need more players like him next season. Although I'm not fond of his personality.

I miss the old days with the food and luxury comps. And when production didn't constantly meddle and sway the houseguests opinions/choices in the DR.
