I played it a few minutes before I realized I was trying too hard, moving too quickly and did much better when I slowed down and took my time moving away from the object. Funny, that seems to work in my life also !!!

22.3 seconds. The trick is to look at the black box as a whole and not any particular blue box. And don't try to move your square too fast.
