and I have almost a foot of snow. My parents end of town has over a foot. What a night. I woke up and I have a tree hanging on the roof, one through my porch, about 6 down in the back yard and one almost hit my car. I don't know what happened. So what is it like in your areas?

yea thats where i lived with snow, manasas(sp)for only 6 months in the winter i was miserable then i came home to TEXAS

Mid 50's in NE South Dakota with sunshine...it's a beautiful fall day. We did get snow this weekend, big flakes, but it wasn't cold enough for it to stick. (Thank Goodness!) I don't like snow very much. My 3 year old, however, is very excited about it.

Manasas(sp?) is in Virginia sweetheart. West Va. is it's own state.

Wow i percieved that as being mean, anyway i hate snow ok, and i was like in kindergarten when i lived there i didnt know if it was w.virgina or VA, you didn't have to be so rude UUMM sweetie i know that they are different, thanks

I would love to live where it snows this early in the year! How awesome is that? I guess in West Virginia though it won't stick around so that can be a bit of a bummer. I say enjoy it! Start a nice fire in the fireplace, pour yourself a cocktail and relax. If you have a snowmobile, fire it up, baby! Gotta love the smell of that two-stroke smoke! Ugh! I'm jealous!

60's here. Nice in the sun a little cool in the shade when the wind is blowing. We rarely get snow here.

Its a cool 66 here in Texas with the lows in the mid 30's. Unusual weather for this time of year. But I love it. We never get snow either. Somebody send me some!

I'll take it. I'm sure I would get tired of it too if we had it all the time during winter, but where I am, we get absolutely none. I want to move farther northeast. Maybe someday I will.
