I have a question..............

When looking at the Main Index for BOL under the Chat! - BOL watercooler it says the place to blow off some steam and have some fun. So, why do so many posters want to turn fun threads ugly? Why do posters have to turn an innocent fun comment into their soapbox? If you can't take a joke, get out of the thread. A couple cases in point, the Conspiracy Theory thread, it was meant to be a fun place. But no, somebody had to turn into something that no one really wants to bother to read. The flirt club....it's pretty obvious what kind of things will be posted in there so if you don't want to read it, skip it.
Do these mean spirited people think it's fun? Is it all a big joke to them to see how many people they can stir up? What, exactly, is the deal?
If you want to talk politics go to the political threads, if you want to talk religion find a religious thread.
Please leave the fun threads alone!!

BankerPSB, you seem to be pretty new around here. This type of icky behavior started quite a while ago. It is unfortunate, but true. There are people who have fun and there are people who desperately want to impress their beliefs on others; those that don't agree are generally throttled by the self-righteous posters.

So, you have to be like me and taunt, poke and make fun of those particular individuals.
