CRCM Exam Question

For those BOLers who have recently taken the CRCM Exam. . . How much similarity was there between the questions in the ABA reference guide and the questions on the exam? At only week three of the prep course, I find myself overwhelmed by the little bits and pieces of compliance I have never dealt with and knew nothing about. For some of these topics, if the questions aren't similar to those in the study guide, I don't know how well I'll do with my responses. . .If I can use the questions as a guide, I think I'll do o.k. . .HELP!

It's been awhile since I took the exam, but from feedback I've heard from others, the subject matter between the reference guide and exam is very similar, but the type of questions in the exam are more management decision-making scenarios vs. the heavy focus on factual knowledge in the reference guide. In all fairness to the reference guide, those type of questions are hard to prep for other than via just plain experience.
