I need some CREATIVE help :-) - 02/21/08 05:11 PM
I am speaking at a Certified Fraud Examiner's meeting in March about Bank Secrecy, OFAC & Fraud in banking. I need a "catchy" topic title to peak their curiousity about the upcoming meeting.
b]Any ideas [/b]?...............I know some of you have some

You can start with: We all know that BSA stands for Bank Secrecy Act, but who knows the other term that BSA also stands for?
Bonus Security Act
With all of the huge fines and CMPs for BSA violations, did the employees of this banks receive bonuses that year?

Foreigners, Phonies and Secrets
Secrets= BSA
Foreigners=OFAC
Phonies=Fraud
Or
Foreign, Phony and other BS
BS=BSA
Foreign=OFAC
Phony=Fraud

I like what Pat Cashman (sp) stated when I participated in her BSA webinar this month - we are unpaid, undeputized agents for the Treasury.
