I am speaking at a Certified Fraud Examiner's meeting in March about Bank Secrecy, OFAC & Fraud in banking. I need a "catchy" topic title to peak their curiousity about the upcoming meeting.

You can start with: We all know that BSA stands for Bank Secrecy Act, but who knows the other term that BSA also stands for?

With all of the huge fines and CMPs for BSA violations, did the employees of this banks receive bonuses that year?
