CTR Amendment Question

I've e-filed some CTRs about two weeks ago. I've just discovered DOB for the conductor was incorrect on one of the CTRs. It already has been acknowledged and DCN also has been assigned by FinCEN. I did not receive any IRS correction notice regarding this but is it okay for me to go ahead and e-file an amended CTR?

what if you had filed 4 CTRs over the past 11 months- incorrect EIN- and get verification of correct EIN. Is it OK to just amend the 4 CTRs.
