Is anyone out there currently using the "DNA" core product from Open Solutions? We have just converted to this product and I need to pick someone's brain on how to review data in some of the reports for BSA monitoring with the new "virtual world" without physical documents or images for teller transactions. Thanks!

You could ask the vendor for contact info on some of their other customers.

No but tell me that thought hasn't cross your mind too?! If the regulators have their way with the "CIP on Steroids" proposal, we may have to have a DNA Officer too.
