BSA E-Filing

Is anyone else having issues getting into BSA E-filing today?

I did. So I went to a co-workers computer and it worked just fine. Not quite sure what is going on. Sorry this isn't any help. However, on the bright side you aren't alone.

I have been trying for a while and cannnot access the site and tried from a co-workers coputer with the same result. I will keep trying but it appears to be them rather than us.

Is that something like 'misery loves company'?

Help Desk said that systems are down and there is not ETA on when they will be back up!

This is so annoying. UNREAL.

I know last week I was able to get into the site but then it would freeze up and wouldn't procees the CTR???

I wonder since all banks now are e-filing that the site just can't handle the volume?

Oh well, I am keeping the documentation I receved from the FinCEN helpdesk last week on the slow processing, in case for future exams.

I'd document every single hiccup in your e-filng access, and avoid at all costs delaying a filing until the 11th hour.
