FinCEN Info Webinar on Third Party Pymt Processors

FinCEN just posted they will hold an informational webinar on Risk Associated with Third Payment Payment Processors on 10/25/2012, however the link to register does not allow viewer to register. It states "Webinar Over...BSA E-Filing Process and Filing Instructions for FinCEN's New Suspicious Activity Reports". How long and how many inquiries before FinCEN's correct this?

Where are you trying to register at? The info you posted says to send an email to request attendance.

Believe it or not, the earlier version did post a blue "Register Now" button at the bottom of the of the notice to click. I guess FinCEN recently revised the notice with new instructions to email your request!

Now if they will just acknowledge the email registrations!

I got one this morning. It was in my spam filter. Once you get the email you have to register and then be confirmed.

Yes, got mine late yesterday and as Dani said, you then register and have to be confirmed.

Yup. Wish they didn't have to "look into whether they can distribute the slides"....why not?

For those that listened in -- did you catch the reference to UDAP? First time I'm aware it crossed over to BSA world. Lots of other implications that may trickle over.
