Online Account Opening Advice/Recommendations

Our institution wants to begin online account opening for both new and existing bank customers.

Anyone have any words of wisdom, recommedations, or references they'd like to share??

Besides don't do it?

Limit your geographic footprint and if you don't have rock solid non-documentary processes, have them come to a branch to seal the deal.

Oh, and make sure to update your risk assessment and CIP for any changes for board approval.
