LE contact needed - involving Bankruptcy - 01/13/15 04:41 PM
After filing proper document on suspicious activity, we would like to contact 'law enforcement' and let them know of the filing. This involves an ongoing Bankruptcy case and we would like to notify the interested bankruptcy party of the filing.
Who can we contact? The Judge? The Trustee?
Please Help!

The Judge? The Trustee?
Neither - they are not law enforcement.

I didn't think they would fall under the definition of law enforcement -- so who does in this situation?

If you have a question regarding the actions of the customer and you feel it might jeopardize your ability to collect monies owed to you - just call the trustee or judge and tell them directly. The filing of a SAR is irrelevant.
